Dear Friends of the Curvy Fashionista and the TCFStyle Expo,


Greetings and welcome to the 2018 TCFStyle Expo, the industry’s leading plus size shopping event in the South!  We are excited to host this year’s convention at the Cobb Galleria Centre, Saturday and Sunday, August 11th & 12th, 2018 and we anticipate a terrific expo.  A lot of hard work and planning go into making the 2018 TCFStyle Expo a success and it is that same degree of preparation that will ensure your experience is a productive one.


Whether you have participated with us in the past or would like to increase your exposure in the plus size fashion industry, the TCFStyle Expo offers you a great marketing tool to reach hundreds of potential clients in one spot. And the great thing is they come to you!


Thank you for confirming your booth space purchase at this year’s TCFStyle Expo.  Before reviewing the information below on the trade show, we’d like to thank you for agreeing to participate in our event!


Please find included in this letter, the following details including the links and pages on the rules, tips and important dates to help maximize your Expo experience. Please take a few minutes to read the Vendor Services carefully, paying special attention to procedures and deadlines that will save you time and money.  Additional vendor and service information can be downloaded to successfully prepare your booth(s) for the upcoming TCFStyle Expo.

Booth Height and Sightline Regulations

While we encourage creative and innovative booth designs that will maximize your company’s exposure, everyone must comply with the following limitations for booths of various sizes:

Standard booths are typically in a row and consist of a 20×10 space with white pipe & drape, 8′ height backdrop & 3′ height on either side. Also included in your standard booth, a 6ft. table with white top cloth and white skirting and two white folding chairs.  Your booth must maintain the 20×10 perimeter allotted- equipment may be removed if it impedes the aisle.

Premium booths (limited availability), are considered to be a 20×10 space with white pipe & drape, 8′ height backdrop & 3′ height on either side, with placement in high trafficked areas. Also included in your premium booth, a 6ft. table with white top cloth and white skirting and two white folding chairs. Your booth must maintain the 20×10 perimeter allotted- equipment may be removed if it impedes the aisle.

  • If for any reason, you need to cancel your space(s) up to 30 days prior to the show, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • If for any reason, you need to cancel your space(s) within 30 days (1 month) prior to the show no refunds will be given.

Please be courteous to your surrounding booths.  Sound levels and projected images from your equipment must remain inside the confines of your allocated space.  If Show Management receives complaints that sound emanating from your exhibit space is too loud or if any images are projected into the aisle, on a wall, or into a neighboring booth, we reserve the right to ask that changes be made to minimize disturbance to adjacent exhibitors.

Although some exhibitors have used the same booth scheme for many years, we ask that you take a moment to make sure your booth(s) fits the guidelines listed above.  If you have any questions regarding the Expo, policies, contractors, height restrictions, the location, size, layout or design of your booth, etc., please feel free to contact Frances@tcfstyleexpo.com.  If you have any doubts or concerns, please send a diagram of your intended booth plan for review.

We are here to work with you and while there are exceptions to every rule, those exceptions can only be made by Show Management. We will be flexible when we can; however, our goal is to not have anyone’s booth compromised by another.

Program Magazine Exhibitor Listing

Deadline: June 1st, 2018

Don’t miss out on the one item attendees always bring back to their office… the official TCFStyle Expo Program Magazine.  The information you submit will provide both existing and potential clients with important contact details about your company.

Please submit your company information today to Jasmine@TheCurvyFashionista.comExhibitor listing submissions received after the June 1st, 2018 deadline will not be included in the Program Journal.

Program Magazine Advertising

Deadline: June 1st, 2018

The Program Journal is distributed to every attendee at the TCFStyle Expo.  The journal will not only mark the event but will also contain useful reference material that can be utilized throughout the year.  By advertising in the Program Journal, your company will be top-of-mind with attendees and they will know where to find you at the show.  Please click here to review the Ad Reservation form and contact Jasmine@TheCurvyFashionista.com by June 1st, 2018 for further information.


Exhibitor and Guest Badges

Deadline: August 1st, 2018

Please be advised, our policy on exhibitor & guest badges is based upon the size of your booth space.  A single 20’x10’ space will receive four (4) complimentary Exhibitor/Staff badges and two (2) complimentary Guest badges. Premium Booth spaces will receive four (4) complimentary Exhibitor/Staff badges and four (4) complimentary Guest badges.  Additional badges over the allotment are available for $XX each.

To submit your Exhibitor and Guest badge requests please contact Frances@TCFStyleExpo.com.  Please be mindful of the August 1st deadline.  Additions or changes after this date will have to be requested on-site at the Expo Registration desk beginning Friday, August 10th.

**Badge requests must include complete and accurate contact information for each individual exhibitor or guest.  The sharing of badges is strictly prohibited.  Show management reserves the right to withhold distribution or confiscate badges if proper identification cannot be provided.**
