The TCFStyle Expo Magazine (new for 2018), TCFStyle, is the essential guide to the largest plus size fashion and shopping event in the South. Not only does the magazine contain everything Attendees need to know to navigate their way through the TCFStyle Expo, including the list of Exhibitors, Floor Plans, Session and Show Schedules and Venue Information, but this year’s program will be in magazine format, bringing the Curvy Fashionista to life!

Editorials, articles, as well as supporting content for our event, the TCFStyle Expo Program is sure to wow and makes an amazing keepsake. The TCFStyle Expo Magazine will be distributed to all attendees, sponsors, bloggers, speakers, and partners who attend the event. An online flip version of the magazine is available on the Expo website and it will be emailed and shared socially across Facebook and Twitter to over 500,000 consumers August through November, each year.

To make this resource as efficient as possible for Attendees, advertising space is limited to only 20 pages and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Terms & Conditions

To secure your ad space, complete and submit your information (ad copy) to Jasmine Hall at Advertising space is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. All ad artwork and payments should be received no later than June 1st, 2018 via email to Jasmine Hall at

Payment Terms:

Full payment is due with your registration form. Your ad space will not be confirmed until your payment has been received.


All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by May 1, 2018 to receive a full refund minus a $50 handling fee. After June 1, 2018, no refunds will be offered.

Artwork Disclaimer:

The advertiser is solely responsible for the design and suitability of all delivered artwork. All artwork must be sent in high resolution, 300 dpi or higher, and in the correct dimensions. Failure to meet print deadlines based on incorrect or under pixelated artwork will be the responsibility of the advertiser and will not entitle the advertiser to a refund. The Expo has the right to refuse an ad based on Expo branding guidelines. Should this occur, the advertiser will be offered a refund on their ad reservation.
