Here’s a myth buster- Plus size people do want a healthy life. They exercise count calories and make great life choices when it comes to their health. The topic of fitness in the plus size community has always been one of little discussion because society has believed plus size people didn’t care about their bodies or health. Taking care of your body is a part of self-love. The plus size community needs to be more open-minded concerning weight loss journeys, weight loss surgeries, and healthy eating. And today we are so proud to present the panel, Where Does Plus Size Fitness Fit In the Industry with Chardline Chanel, Chasi Jernigan, Bianca Gale, Shainna Tucker and Tiffany Smith
Where Does Plus Size Fitness Fit In the Industry is set for Sunday, August 12th @ 1p.m. Now that you have the deets, let meet the panelist on the powerful chat.
