What is new for 2019?
Exhibiting can be confusing and costly, so we came up with a solution to save you time and money! Thanks to our past vendor surveys, we have updated and upgraded our vendor package. With our new venue, we have upgraded and changed up a few things to ensure the best vending experience that we can give you!
Who should be a vendor?
Companies representing the following product groups servicing the fashion, beauty, and accessory markets seeking to connect with plus size fashion & Big & Tall enthusiasts in Georgia and the surrounding markets. In addition to plus size fashion for Her and Big & Tall options for Him, we are also looking for vendors in these areas:
- Beauty / Cosmetics / Hair Care
- Shoes & Accessories
- Fitness/Health & Wellness
- Skin Care Products

New for 2019, we wanted to help you navigate the expo and ensure the best experience possible. At our Vendor Orientation and Workshop, we will equip you with the tips and tricks… as well as the best tools to ensure your event’s and business’s success! We have partnered with quite a few brands and businesses to assist you with NOT ONLY the expo, but your business as a whole!
Vendor Frequently Asked Questions
What are the show dates and times?
The 2019 TCFStyle Expo is August 10th & 11th. Vendor workshop is the 9th. Doors open to general public on the 10th and 11th at Noon/12pm.
When will I be able to load in?
Load in is on Saturday, August 10th at 8am. Once you register as a vendor, you will receive your vendor manual with all of the logistics.
Can I make a deposit?
Yes, upon registration and submission of your application, a 50% deposit is required to hold your space.
Will I be able to get & give away tickets?
Once registration is paid in full, you will receive a special code for you to be able to send to your special and top clients.
Will I receive a model?
Having a live model is completely optional. We have hand selected some of the most active, professional, and inspirational models for this event. If you do not choose our models, it is vital that you bring, hire, use a live mode for this event.
What sells well at the expo?
Think exclusive deals, new arrivals, fun ONLY at the expo deals and items. Your customers and the attendees are looking for a special experience and what you bring AND how you present it will be key to your success.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The hotel does have paid parking and you will receive parking information in your welcome packet.
Is there a limit to the staff I can have at my booth?
Yes. Your registration includes you and 4 staff members, should you want to bring more to your booth, you will be able to purchase discounted vendor tickets.
Where can I get my booth signage, decor, etc?
For vendor booth resources, please check our Vendor resources pages with vendors who provide great options at great rates.
Can I choose my floor location?
Floor preferences are noted through registration but are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The only guaranteed spots are the Premium booth options.
